When you first sign a copier lease agreement with us, the renewal policy will always be highlighted clearly to you. At the end of the term, you have a reply period of 90 days to express your intention towards renewing the agreement. If we do not hear from you during this time, your agreement will automatically be renewed for a period of 1 year. However, you do not need to worry about forgetting as we will send you a scheduled reminder to submit your letter of intent when your lease is expiring. If you wish to continue working with us but would like to upgrade to a different copier, you should let us know during this reply period as well.
