Brother Workhorse Series sells through dealer channel only

Brother International has announced the addition of their Brother Workhorse Series of printers, MFP, and high output network scanners.

In the past, Brother International has offered office equipment to mainly the Home/Home Office community while staying clear of work-group and enterprise applications. Not anymore! The Brother Workhorse Series was developed for much larger tasks and workloads. This new series of office equipment will include B&W and Color MFP’s as well as B&W and Color printers. The Workhorse series boasts a higher capacity unit along with the lower total cost of ownership that cost conscience business is looking for. Oh, and if it’s just desktop scanner you need, there are many models to choose from as well.


The Brother Workhorse Series comes with a standard one (1) year full warranty with the ability in higher volume arrangements to be increased to three (3) years. All warranty calls are placed to a national toll free number and are answered and resolved promptly. If the technician deems that the unit cannot be repaired to the customer’s satisfaction, a replacement unit will be sent out via overnight freight at no additional charge.

The Brother Workhorse Series offers such standard features as wireless connectivity, up to 52 PPM engine speeds, automatic duplex, and a large touch screen for easy operation. Brother has also simplified the setup process to make installing these units far less challenging, even for the technology novice. Being able to go from boxed to fully up and operational in minutes is certainly not impossible.

Brother has made the commitment to the office dealer community to only offer these units through qualified channels. This makes the Workhorse Series the first protected Brother models with the security of being able to purchase these units from long standing authorized equipment dealers that have the customers’ best interest at heart.

admittedly being skeptical, we are hoping that Brother honors its commitment to excellence and shows the business community that is serious about protecting these products.
